Terms and Conditions for Lotus Style

Welcome to the Lotus Style mobile application. By using our app and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. These terms are a binding agreement between you (the Retailer/User) and Lotus Style (the Wholesaler).
1. Business Model & Product Sets
- B2B Only: This application is strictly for B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale transactions.
- Set-Based Selling: All products are sold in Sets (typically sets of 3 or 4 pieces).
- Set Composition: A set consists of the same design and same color but in different sizes (e.g., L, XL, XXL). The specific size breakdown is clearly mentioned on the product screen. We do not sell individual pieces.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.
3. Return & Refund Policy (Unsold Stock)
We offer a unique 15-day return window to support our retailers:
- Eligibility: You may return individual unsold pieces from a set within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition with all tags attached. We will not accept items that are washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
- Return Shipping: The cost of couriering the items back to our warehouse must be borne entirely by the Retailer (Buyer).

4. Processing & Restocking Fees
- Inspection: Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the pieces. If the product is damaged or not in original condition, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original price of the returned pieces to cover processing and repackaging costs.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds (minus the 25% fee) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment mode.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a physically damaged set or the wrong design, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91-9499754918) with an unboxing video. Manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded without a restocking fee.
6. Payments
All payments must be made through the integrated payment gateway in the app. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
7. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from transactions on this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
