- User-Provided Information: Name, Business/Shop Name, Mobile Number, Email, GST details, and Delivery Address.
- Transaction Data: Order history, payment status, and invoices.
- Device & Technical Data: Device ID, OS version, and performance logs via Google Firebase.
- App Permissions: We may request access to your Camera, Gallery, and Storage to upload business photos and download PDF invoices.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your B2B wholesale account and process orders.
- To send automated updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
- To maintain internal accounting and ensure GST compliance.
3. Data Sharing & Security
- Encryption: All data is transferred via secure HTTPS/SSL encryption (Data in Transit).
- Third-Parties: Data is shared only with essential partners: Payment Gateways, Logistics partners, and Google Firebase. We do not sell your data.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request account and data deletion by emailing us at theredcompany1000@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal or tax record requirements.
